Our career service is completely free for career course students because we believe it’s important to start planning your future from the very beginning of your studies.

Our experienced Careers and Industry Manager is available to provide personalised advice, guidance, and industry insights whether your goal is to work within an interiors studio, join a large architecture or design firm, or launch your own business.

You can book an online appointment to explore your unique career pathway, refine your resume and portfolio, prepare for interviews, and gain the confidence and industry knowledge needed to take the next step into the design industry.

We are required to assess the suitability of your chosen course accounting for your skills and competencies. If we believe the chosen course is not suitable for you, we will contact you to discuss prior to enrolment.

Digital literacy: you will be required to access resources by navigating our online platform, manipulate documents including scanning and converting to PDF, and communicate via email. Software courses require a high digital literacy to understand program requirements and procedures.
Numeracy skills: you may be required to complete tasks such as converting measurements.
Literacy skills: a strong written comprehension is required to understand course materials.
Language skills: you may be required to present information and projects in a written or verbal format.

Examples of how you can demonstrate these skills include:
